On a sea bound journey two men John Cabot(Team England) and Jacques Cartier(Team France) sought out a mass of land.
The Atlantic coast was their mission.
Returning home and bringing news of their discoveries launched a catalyst.
Samuel de Champlain hopped on a boat.
The boat sailed across the ocean from France.
Samuel de Champlain got off of the boat and decided to take advantage of the 'savages' inhabiting the continent.
Feeling giddy with his accomplishments Port Royal was established in 1605 along with Quebec City in 1608.
So begins Canada.
